The house has good-sized rooms and a nice layout, but the kitchen is quite small for seven people, and being an old house, it can get very cold in the evenings due to the thin walls. The best aspects are the convenience and the outdoor area, though I did find it frustrating that there were no flat inspections all year and it was sometimes hard to reach the landlord, with some issues never getting sorted.
