The house is in awful condition, with leaky windows and a roof that the landlord attempts to "fix" by gluing cracks, and there's mould on the windowsills and roofs of two bedrooms. While the landlord is usually quick to respond, the fixes are cheap and don’t last. The best thing about the flat is its location, but the worst part is that it's freezing.

The house has a lot of issues, including mould and cracked windows that make it hard to keep warm. While the landlord responds quickly, he doesn't provide permanent solutions; for instance, when I asked for a replacement washing machine, he just brought in another broken one. On the plus side, the place has nice character since it's an old church, but the Folk club downstairs can get really loud, especially during exam time.
The house is huge, but it has its downsides. The roof leaks in two bedrooms, and the heat pump doesn't work; even if it did, it's positioned by thin doors that let the heat escape. I've never met the landlord, but the property manager from Century 21 is fine. Overall, it's cold and old.
I found the house really comfortable during winter and in a great location. However, the landlord was at times unhelpful and quite picky, which was frustrating. Overall, the best thing about my experience was how comfortable the house was.
