The flat has a large kitchen and seating area, which I really enjoy, and the heavy drapes and good quality washer and dryer are nice touches. However, the bedroom ceiling leaks when it rains, it gets very cold without heaters, and there's potential mould in the bathroom and bedrooms. The toilet also sometimes doesn't function properly. On the plus side, the landlord is very helpful and kind, genuinely caring about our wellbeing and making sure we have a positive experience at university. Overall, the kitchen is the best part, while the insulation is definitely the worst.

The best thing about the flat is definitely the location, but there are some downsides. Slugs would come into the house, especially in winter, and I often found things going mouldy in the bedrooms. The heat pump didn't really heat the house well, just the lounge. The landlord has less conventional ways of solving issues, but is generally helpful.

The house has a stove that’s a little retarded, but it’s nothing that bad at all. The landlord is really friendly and always happy to help, addressing any problems as soon as he can. The best thing about the flat is the location, while the worst part is that the hallways can be cold.
