The house has a huge backyard, which is definitely the best thing about it. The landlord is chill but not very responsive, and while I appreciate that, the cold and poor soundproofing make it feel too expensive for what it is. Unfortunately, there's also a problem with mould.

The flat is too expensive for what it is; I think we should only be paying $100 each. It's cold, has a bad use of space, and even has roof leaks. The landlord is a good guy, but he should lower the price and invest some money into the place since it wasn't clean when we moved in. The best thing about the flat is the shower, but the lack of insulation is definitely the worst aspect.

I really enjoy living in this flat due to its great location and warmth. The landlord is very nice and only comes around when we need something sorted, which I appreciate. Honestly, there's nothing I can complain about.

The house was fine, but I found that there wasn't much sunlight. The landlord was decent, and overall, it had its good points. However, the lack of natural light was definitely a downside for me.

The house is fully furnished with large rooms, which is great, but the oven doesn't close properly and the rubbish system is bad. The landlord is quite strict, and the thin walls can be a downside. Overall, while I appreciate the furnishings, there are definitely some drawbacks.

The house is very good and while it's pricey, it's worth it since it's fully furnished and has two bathrooms. The landlord was great and very helpful, always checking up on things. The best aspects are the sun, location, complex, and social atmosphere, though the bedrooms are a bit smallish.
