The house is pretty warm downstairs, but the upstairs bedrooms are freezing, and the balcony room gets no sun at all. The curtains are paper thin, don’t shut properly, and let in streetlight, making it hard to sleep. The oven is broken, and despite the landlord's promises to fix it, nothing ever gets done. On the plus side, the bathroom and kitchen are nice and clean, but the shower has low pressure and doesn't get very hot. Overall, the best thing about this place is that it's warmish, while the worst is definitely the property manager and those awful curtains.

The house gets cold in the winter and has had leaks coming through the ceiling when it rains, which is definitely the worst thing about it. While the windows are double glazed, some aren't fitted to be airtight. On the plus side, the location is great, and the landlord uses a property manager who addresses issues as they arise.
