The house has a nice backyard garden, which is definitely the best feature. However, it can get quite cold, making it less comfortable at times. Overall, my experience has been mixed.
The house is great and looks nice, but it's a bit expensive and has a cold, musty feel. The landlady is quite particular, which I guess comes with the territory of renting an old flat.
