Rate this flatEverything in the house is completely new, with a renovated lounge, kitchen, two bathrooms, a toilet, and a new bedroom. The landlord is super onto it and responds immediately if something needs fixing. The best part is that it gets sun all day, but the worst part is that the neighbors can be annoying.
I had a great experience in this flat! The landlord is very quick to respond to anything when we contacted her, and the best part is that it is all renovated. Honestly, there's nothing I can complain about.
I really enjoy living in this newly renovated house; it looks great and is pretty cheap to run as well. The landlord is very friendly and on top of things, which makes the experience even better. The best part is definitely all the new renovations, though the only downside is that the neighbours can be quite noisy.
The house is quite cold, which can be uncomfortable at times. The landlord is a bit odd, but the best feature of the place is definitely the backyard. Unfortunately, the lounge leaves a lot to be desired.
