The house has good sized rooms, but the insulation is average, making it quite cold in winter if the heat pump isn't on. The landlord replies quite fast and addresses any issues I have. The best thing about the flat is its location, while the worst aspect is definitely the coldness.

The bedrooms in the flat are a great size, which I really appreciated. However, most rooms lack wardrobes, so we used hallway storage cupboards, which worked fine. The lounge and kitchen are very small, and there's little sunlight, plus no free parking. On the positive side, the property manager was really good—responsive and kept us well informed about inspections.
The flat has one tiny bedroom and three massive ones, with the tiny room being the only real downside. The landlord was very easy to deal with and handled any issues quickly, even arranging an after-hours plumber during an All Blacks game. The best parts are the location, the size of the three larger bedrooms, and the sunny deck for afternoon beers. However, it gets freezing in winter, the lounge faces south and lacks sunlight, and we had a chronic mouse problem that we managed with a lot of traps.
