The house is modern and well-insulated with double glazing, but the dryer is terrible, and the dishwasher has long cycles that don't wash properly, making it hard to use during the free power hour. Overall, the landlord is pretty good.

The flat has decent-sized rooms with built-in desks, shelves, and wardrobes, and the living area features soft carpet and plenty of sunlight. While the main bathroom is nice, the kitchen is a bit old and lacks a dishwasher, though it offers lots of bench space. Jenny, the property manager, is incredibly responsive, addressing issues within 24 hours. Overall, it’s a great flat with sunny bedrooms, but the single-glazed windows can lead to condensation.

I lived in a place called the Nunnery, which was great for pre-drinks with friends since the living, dining, and outside areas are all open and connected. The landlord is nice and responsive to emails, though it can be annoying since he prefers that over texts, but he always gets things fixed. The best part was definitely the layout and location, but the room backing onto the kitchen did get quite noisy.

The house is reasonably new with three large bedrooms and plenty of space, but it doesn't receive much sun and has a somewhat random layout with the bathroom leading off the kitchen. The landlord is efficient at resolving any issues with the flat, although they don't check in or conduct inspections. The best aspect is definitely that it's relatively new, while the downsides are the lack of sunlight and having only one car space.

The house has a nice interior and a great location with two bathrooms, but it's damp and cold in winter, and the stove is ridiculous. The heat pump is only marginally effective, and I found that you really have to be pushy to get what you want from the landlord. Overall, while there are some positives, the cold and dampness are significant downsides.

The house has a lot of warmth upstairs, but the lounge area gets very little sun, making it feel cold this winter since we haven't used our heat pump. The modern kitchen and newer bathrooms upstairs are nice, and I really appreciate the good afternoon sun in the front rooms. The layout is the best feature, and while the landlord is fair and quick to respond to issues, it can still get quite chilly.

I really enjoyed living in this flat with its very large garden, which was definitely the best thing about the place. The sleep-out bedroom was a nice feature, and being close to uni was a huge plus. The landlord was very helpful, but I did find the occasionally loud neighbours to be a downside.

I found the flat to be fun but expensive, with a great size and layout. However, the landlord was quick to take the bond but not as prompt in fixing problems. One downside is that there's no sun in the lounge.

The house has a mean door, but my experience with the landlord has been frustrating; he's lazy, slack, and a thief. The best thing about my time here was definitely Octobong 2013.

The location of the flat is definitely the best thing about it, but it can get quite cold inside. Overall, my experience has been mixed.

The house has well-sized rooms, but all rooms have something good and something bad. Our landlord wasn't very organized, though she eventually addressed our inquiries, and there weren't many flat inspections. The worst part was that it was freezing in winter.

The house has a mean door, which is a bit of a hassle. The landlord is lazy and slack, making communication frustrating. Overall, there isn't much to highlight as the best or worst thing about the place.
