The house has a very modern kitchen and large bedrooms, but it gets quite a lot of mould in the bathroom, downstairs, and in the front room by the garage. The landlord is a nice guy who responds quickly, but he doesn't always act on issues promptly and doesn't seem to grasp how cold and mouldy the house really is. Even on a hot day, the temperature inside drops instantly, making it quite uncomfortable.
