Rate this flatThe best thing about the flat is definitely the location, but the noise from the neighbors can be a bit annoying, especially since the house is divided into two separate flats. On the plus side, the landlord is great; he gets any job done within a day and even upgrades the flat fairly regularly on his own.
The house is on a quiet street, but there's a lot of noise from the flat behind that comes through the walls, and being a duplex means I also hear plenty from next door. On the plus side, the landlord is very responsive regarding repairs and is understanding about late rent.
