In a nice, quiet area - rent for rooms varies but was $185 including power+internet back in 2021. A bit of a walk to uni but the room was dry and easy to heat. Landlord was fine but we didn’t have any maintenance issues while I was there. The main thing to keep in mind is the rooms are separately leased so you don’t know who you’re going to end up living with.
