The flat has no lounge, which makes it a bit antisocial, but if that's what you're looking for, it's pretty great. Nidd Properties manages the place, and the current caretaker is very nice and helpful. The best part is that it's warm, and power is only $30 a week with unlimited usage. However, it is a bit far out.
