The house has a small lounge that gets no sun, making it cold and mouldy, but the rooms are a decent size, which is the best feature for me. The kitchen is great with plenty of sun and bench space. The property manager is pretty strict about things like mould and even minor issues like tyre tracks on the grass, which can be a hassle. Overall, while the lounge size is a downside, I appreciate the room sizes.

Resident Reviews
The house has mold due to a lack of sunlight, and the water pressure is weak. The landlord acknowledges the mold issue, but there's not much they can do about it. The best part is the kitchen, but the worst is having to keep the windows open to try to minimize the mold.
The location of the flat was definitely the best thing about it. However, it was pretty cold inside, which made it less comfortable at times. Overall, the experience had its ups and downs.
The big bedroom size is definitely the best thing about the flat, but the living room is not very sunny, which is a downside. Overall, the house has its pros and cons.
