The house is really cold, and I’m pretty sure it’s only insulated in one area, which makes it tough to stay warm—sometimes you can even see your breath inside with the heater on. The noise from the people living above us can be bothersome, and it’s quite far from uni. Dealing with the landlord was difficult at first, and we even had to take them to the Tenancy Tribunal, but they’ve improved since then. The best part is the price, but the cold and distance from campus are definitely the worst aspects.

The house is cold, damp, and far from everything, including the university, which makes it less than ideal. While the landlord can take a while to reply, the best thing about this place is that it's cheap.
