The house has pretty loud noise from the neighbors above, but it’s very warm—I didn’t even need to turn on the heat pump when it snowed! The landlord has been great with no problems at all. The best things are the heat and the size of the kitchen, though the south-facing rooms do get very damp.

I love that the house is north-facing, which makes it so warm and sunny all day. The large separate kitchen and massive lounge are great features. The landlord is very responsive; she quickly sent someone to fix the drafty front windows. The only downside is that it's by the main road, but you get used to the noise after a while.
The house was good, and my property manager acted fast whenever there was a problem. The best part was its proximity to uni and Couplands, but the worst thing was that there was no heat pump.
