The flat has a really long hallway, which makes it feel less cozy, but the living area and the bedrooms are good with big rooms. The landlord is always willing to help you, which is a definite plus. Overall, the long hallway is the worst thing about the flat.

The room in the back has a massive damp and condensation problem, and the house itself is old and mouldy. While the rooms are reasonably big, the landlord frequently comes around unannounced and looks in the windows, which is quite intrusive.

The location of the flat is great, but the experience was marred by the terrible landlord, who is not only uncooperative but also creepy, often looking in windows. The house itself has significant issues, including lots of mice due to warm pipes, dampness, and 80-year-old carpets. To make matters worse, the broken tumble dryer was never fixed, and the landlord took everyone's bond at the end of our lease, which felt like a rip-off.

The location of the flat is the best thing about it, but the dampness and terrible landlord really ruin the experience. Mice caused worn pipes, and the carpets are 80 years old. The dryer is broken, and despite our complaints, the landlord won't fix it and has even taken our bond, which feels like a rip-off. To make matters worse, they look through the windows, which is quite unsettling.

The house had large rooms, which was a plus, but the landlord was a major downside. He was creepy and tried to rip us off with our bond, even blaming property defects on us and charging us for having a tree cut down. Overall, the landlord really soured the experience.
