The house is very clean, spacious, well-furnished, and comfortable, with a great layout that promotes conviviality. However, it suffers from poor insulation, leading to water on the single-glass windows, cold temperatures, and noise from the nearby road. Additionally, the kitchen and laundry windows can't be closed, which adds to the chill. On the plus side, the landlord is very available, attentive, and quick to respond.
