The house has a great location and price, with generous rooms and a large kitchen, which I really appreciate. However, the exposed brick on one side makes it feel cold, especially in winter, and the high ceilings contribute to that. While there are three good rooms, the draught from the external doors can be quite uncomfortable. Overall, it's tidy but not particularly sunny during the colder months.

The house is warm, which is definitely a plus, but it’s not very soundproof. I also have to keep the stove top clean, and the landlord conducts surprise inspections, which can be a bit stressful.

I have nothing to say about the house, the landlord, or the best and worst aspects of my experience. Overall, there was nothing noteworthy to mention.
