Rate this flatThe house is very cold during winter and not soundproof, which can be quite uncomfortable. However, the landlord is nice and responds pretty quickly to any issues. The best part is that it's cheap, making it a decent option despite the drawbacks.
I found the flat to be good in terms of space, with a really great kitchen and pretty good shower pressure. The landlord is friendly and reliable, though a bit absent and doesn't do regular flat checks. While the price feels a bit much, the biggest downside for me is the thin walls.
The house is modern and takes about 20 minutes to walk into town, which is convenient. The landlord doesn't muck around; if you have an issue, he'll sort it out ASAP. However, the worst part is that you can hear everything, so I recommend bringing earplugs.
The house is very warm, but I find the kitchen layout a little odd. The landlord is friendly and helpful, always responding immediately to any issues we have. The best thing about the flat is definitely the lounge, while the worst aspect is the kitchen layout.
The house was quite damp, especially in the bathrooms, and there was mould; it wasn't very clean when we moved in, and it was cold. The landlord is pretty good, but you have to communicate with him since he won't ask how everything is. On the plus side, the furnishings were included, and the location is great.
The house is relatively modern, but it's very creaky, so headphones are a must on Thursday and Saturday nights if my flatmates get a little frisky. The landlord will help, but only when it's necessary. The worst part is definitely the sound!
The house has nice big rooms and a relatively big kitchen, but most floors upstairs are on a lean, and the showers are terrible. The flat condensates easily, leading to a lot of mould around the windows, and it can be cold and damp, with only 3 out of 6 rooms getting sun. The property manager is lovely and usually quite helpful, but can be slow to reply when he doesn't see something as an issue.
The house doesn't smell like pizza, is reasonably warm, and has a massive deck that's awesome when it's warm. However, the bathroom doesn't have the best ventilation, so mould grows easily. The landlord is pretty good, but can be a bit slack when it comes to getting things sorted. Overall, the best thing is definitely the deck, while the worst thing is the mould in the bathroom.

The flat is very warm, nice, and modern, but I had a bad experience with the landlord. The place was not clean when we arrived, and I had to mop the bathroom after every shower. He isn't very responsive, relying on his parents to handle issues, and it took a month to get an electrician to fix my light, leaving me in the dark for that time. Overall, the warmth of the house is great, but the landlord is definitely the worst part.
The house has its ups and downs; the best part is definitely the landlord and the sun. However, I’ve had issues with draughts and condensation that can be quite bothersome.
