I think it's an amazing flat with a great location, nice sunny rooms, and it's really warm. The landlord is absolutely wonderful—he brings us big boxes of fresh fruit and veggies every time he does an inspection, replaced the washing machine with a brand new one when our old one broke, and is super chilled out and understanding! The only downside is that there's only one toilet.
