I really appreciate the great location and perfect layout of the flat, with built-in wardrobes and desk areas in each of the five rooms. The overall condition is superb, and the balconies are a fantastic asset for drying laundry while soaking up sunlight. The landlord has been very responsive and cooperative, even installing a new vanity and replacing rusty towel rails. My only downside is the thin walls, which let sound travel easily, and it can get quite cold if the heat pump is off.

The flat is very warm with good showers, making it a great bargain for what’s included. The landlord is a lovely lady who helps you instantly. The best part is definitely the price and everything that comes with it, but the downside is that it’s a complex with no garden or privacy.

The flat is pretty warm even without using the heat pump, and the north-facing bedrooms are really warm too. However, the kitchen is very small and separated from the lounge, which is a downside. While Edinburgh Realty has been disorganized and slow to communicate, the landlords themselves are very responsive when contacted directly.

I lived in an incredibly warm flat, the only one in the complex to get winter sun. The landlord is great; if you pass the flat inspection, you get fresh fruit. The best thing about the place is definitely the warmth, but the worst part is that being in a complex means everyone can see into the lounge.

The house is partially furnished, and while downstairs is really warm, upstairs gets super cold. I don't know the landlord, but the best thing about the flat is the equal room size and storage. However, the cold upstairs is definitely the worst aspect.

The flat is really warm, fully insulated with double-glazed windows, and while it's not the biggest, it fits everything I need. The property manager is generally good at sorting problems, though they can't make all decisions without consulting the owners. The worst part is that the internal walls aren't very soundproof.

The house is warm and spacious with a good kitchen, but the rent is steep. The brand new couches are nice, but you can't have a party if you want to keep your bond. The landlord is pretty good, living out of town but hasn't caused us any problems. Overall, the warmth is the best feature, while the price is definitely the worst.

I found the house to be warm and comfortable, which made living there enjoyable. The landlord was very easy going, making the rental experience smooth. The best part was definitely the price, which was quite reasonable for the quality of the flat.

The flat is of good quality and very warm, with evenly sized rooms, though the bathrooms are a bit weird but manageable. We don't have much contact with the landlord since she lives out of town, but we haven't encountered any issues. The best thing about the flat is its warmth, while the worst aspect is the soundproofing, which isn't the greatest.

The house is essentially a motel, and I had a great experience with the landlord. The price is good, and the landlord is reliable, but the interior is quite old.

The house is warm and modern, which I really appreciate. However, the landlord isn't organized, and the location is the worst aspect of the flat. Overall, the warmth of the house is its best feature.

The house was the bomb-diggity, and we absolutely loved our landlord—she is the sweetest old woman you will ever meet! The best part of living there was the times we had, and honestly, there was nothing I could complain about.
