This place wouldn't be worth anything if it wasn't on Hyde Street; it's cold, mouldy, leaky, and poorly maintained. The landlord is unsympathetic, only concerned about money, and often shows up without notice while being slack with property maintenance. The best thing about the flat is its location on Hyde Street, but the worst part is definitely the landlord.

The flat is in a good location with a starters bar downstairs, but I've had problems with leaking and there's no heat pump. It's a five-bedroom place, and the best part is that power and internet are included for free. However, we usually don't deal directly with the landlord; instead, we contact the bar manager for any issues. The worst aspect is the noise from downstairs.

The house has terrible plumbing with low water pressure and overflowing hot water drains, plus the insulation is awful, making it very damp and mouldy. The landlord is sneaky and cheap, often trying to claim damages untruthfully, and shows no respect for tenants' privacy, comfort, or safety. Honestly, there's nothing good about this place, and the worst part is definitely the landlord.

The best thing about the flat was its location on Hyde Street, but the worst part was definitely the landlord. The header tank always leaks, which increases power bills, and it seems unlikely to ever be fixed due to its position. Additionally, the landlord is likely to lie to you, takes the bond and spends it however she pleases, and even took us to the tenancy tribunal for damage we hadn't caused.

The location, big lounge area, and backyard are definitely the best aspects of this flat, but the kitchen is very small, and if someone doesn't do their dishes, there's literally no bench space. The landlord is difficult to reach and slow to fix issues; I've had several problems with the toilet blocking this year, which is frustrating when there's only one toilet. I've learned to keep nagging, or else nothing will get done.

I had a great experience with this flat, mainly due to its fantastic location. The landlord was fine, but the downside was that I was only in it for a year. Overall, the location was definitely the best thing about the house.

I really appreciate the good location and the super helpful and friendly landlords, who are the best I've encountered—they respond within the hour and fix all issues within a day. However, the rooms are uneven, and the worst thing about the flat is the sun. Overall, the location and landlords are definitely the highlights.

The house was warm, which I appreciated, but the size was a downside. Unfortunately, the landlord turned up unannounced several times, and I didn’t receive any of my bond back.

I lived in a great flat with a great location, and the warmth of the place was definitely the best thing about it. The landlord was fine, but unfortunately, the flatmates were the worst part of my experience.

The house shares a backyard with the neighbors, and I have a small bedroom out the back with a door to the outside, which is great for sneaking people out in the morning. The landlord is a pain to get a hold of and only responds when hassled; it took six months to get the stove "repaired." The best part is having the gimp room out the back, which is way easier to heat, but the worst part is definitely the landlord.
