The house has a really good, central location, which is definitely the best thing about it. However, it is really, really cold all the time. The landlord is nice and organized, but the constant cold is a downside.

I really loved living in this amazing flat, with the only downside being the noise from Hyde during O week, which is expected near the university. The landlord was easy to deal with, and the location was definitely the best part, although the price was a bit high.

The flat on Hyde Street is predictably rubbish, being old and covered in graffiti, but it's a perfectly good spot. The open lounge and kitchen keep the place surprisingly warm, which is a plus.
