The flat has a terrible washing machine and dryer with no settings, and it's very cold, plus the hot water runs out quickly. The landlord is quite forgetful and unorganised, but friendly. The best thing about the place is its location, while the worst aspects are the coldness and the hot water issues.

I found the flat to be good overall, though it was kinda cold. The landlord was great and fixed any problems we had, including a leak. The best part is its close proximity to uni, but the coldness was definitely the worst aspect.

The flat is in a good location, but it's quite drafty and cold, with dampness around the ranch slider due to a malfunctioning outside drain. There's a lot of mould throughout the place, and while the landlord is a lovely old man who responds quickly, he doesn't always solve the problems. The best feature is the shower, and the front rooms do get some sun, but overall, it's cold and moldy.

The house is cold and has a leaking roof, which is pretty frustrating. While the landlord is great, it feels like putting lipstick on a pig since the flat is in rough shape, and there's not much that can be done about it. On the bright side, it's close to uni, but the worst part is definitely having a water feature in our hallway.

The house has good-sized rooms, but it can be drafty and cold. The landlord responds quickly and is a reasonable guy, which is a plus. The best thing about the place is definitely the location, while the worst aspect is how cold it gets.

The house was very cold and mouldy, with damp walls and little to no sunlight in many rooms. Although the landlord is nice, he isn't proactive in solving problems, often opting for temporary fixes, and I was wrongfully charged at the final inspection despite the flat being in much better condition than when we moved in. On the bright side, the lawns were mowed regularly, but overall, it felt cold and depressing.
