The flat is in a great location, just a minute from the university, and I appreciate the warmth, large rooms, and fibre internet. However, it is a bit pricey compared to other options, and there's some noise on weekends. The landlord is cool and takes good care of the property, occasionally checking in on the area without intruding. Plus, having Liquorland right around the corner is convenient.

The flat is actually quite warm because it gets a lot of sun and has a heater that works really well when it's colder, with all but one bedroom upstairs benefiting from the heat. The kitchen and lounge are decent-sized, while the bedrooms vary from small to medium, with one larger room; however, sharing a wall with neighbors means you can hear everything. The landlord is nice and friendly, quick to respond to texts, but fixing issues can be slow since they prefer to handle problems themselves. Overall, the best aspects are the location—just 2 minutes to campus and 7 minutes to New World—and the warmth of the flat.

The house has some mould, which is a downside, but overall, the landlord is a top man. The best part of living here has definitely been the flatmates, though the noise can be quite bothersome at times.

The house has a great open lounge and kitchen, which I really appreciate. The landlord is fantastic, making the experience even better. However, the bathroom could use some improvement.

The house has bad soundproofing, isn't warm, and has small rooms. While the landlord isn't too invasive, I find him fairly useless. The best thing about the flat is definitely the location, but the worst aspect is the poor soundproofing.

The lounge was super warm if you closed all the doors, and I really appreciated the good shower and separate toilet. Our landlord is so chilled out and quick to act; when our washing machine broke, they got us a new one in just 24 hours. The only downside is the thin walls.
