This is the worst place I have ever lived in. It was a chilly bin in winter, barely habitable, with carpet moths breeding everywhere and a severe mold problem that covered the walls and ceilings. The landlord was nice and tried to help, but his solutions were ineffective, like just painting over the mold. The dampness was unbearable, ruining my furniture and clothes, and I lived in constant fear of the bathroom floor collapsing. Honestly, this house needs a bulldozer run through it, and it's sad that properties like this are rented out in such poor condition.
