The house has great room sizes and high ceilings, but the lounge and bathrooms aren't well ventilated, making it easy for mould to develop. The landlord is generally helpful and quick to respond to issues, although we’ve had to remind them a couple of times. Overall, the good space and white walls are a plus, but the mould in the bathroom and lack of insulation are definitely drawbacks.
