Landlord
The house had black mold everywhere, windows that didn't open, and was so damp that our friends called it 'the dungeon.' The landlord took seven months to return our bond, only after we took him to the tenancy tribunal, and he never addressed any of our issues or complaints. The best thing about the place was that it was cheap, but the mold and horrible landlord made it a frustrating experience.
