The landlord is pretty reliable, he solves problems around the flat very quickly. He reimbursed us when we got a dehumidifier last year and he solved the damp issue from the laundry soon after. He only communicates through text but responds fast. After texting him that our vacuum cleaner was basically busted, he gave us a sexc new one the following week (same with the bathroom mirror). I heard the rent is a little high now, but couches, heaters, tv and other furniture are supplied, along with two private car parks and a bike rack. The living room and 4 upstairs rooms can get really warm after an hour of heating, but the downstairs bedroom and corridor get very cold most of the year (it's no longer damp though!). The property itself is maintained well. The landlord comes in for inspection basically once a year (when he wants to do the garden), and he always lets us know in advance when he has cleaning/maintenance people coming over.
