I lived in this fairly new flat for a year, and it was super warm and clean, which was great since I didn't need to use a heater. The spacious outdoor area was a nice bonus, but the stoves were constantly broken despite the property manager's attempts to fix them, and the stairs creaked a lot. Our property manager was very talkative and friendly, almost like an uncle, but the stained toilet bowl was a downside. Overall, it's a very good flat for Dunedin students.

The house is quite spacious, but it was freezing cold, very dark, and damp, with no sun in the living areas. The landlord seems really nice throughout the year, but turns into an absolute dick at the end of the year. Overall, the worst part was definitely how cold and dark it was.
