This flat is a real gem despite its small size, featuring nice rooms, a great shower, and cozy carpet. The landlord is an absolute legend—quick, responsive, and even provided a free microwave while replacing a bad fridge promptly. With two north-facing windows and afternoon sun, it’s one of the warmest flats I've been in, plus the shared backyard is perfect for gatherings. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the library and supermarket, making it a fantastic choice if you don't mind close quarters.
