I had a great experience in this flat with a fantastic landlord who fixes any problems within a few days. The house is relatively warm, has new carpet, and offers good kitchen space, with all but one room being of decent size. However, the internal living areas lack sunlight, which is a downside.

I lived in a good flat in a great location, though it does get a little cold. The landlord is fantastic and always fixes any problems we have rapidly. The best part of the flat is the new carpet, but the cold can be a downside.

I lived in a 7-man flat that's really close to uni, which was a huge plus. The rooms vary significantly in size, with one tiny room that can only fit a king single bed, so make sure to find someone willing to take that one. Daryl, our landlord, is fantastic; he fixes things quickly and even put in new carpet this year. While the lounge warms up quickly and the downstairs bathroom has great shower pressure, the living room doesn't get much sun and can feel quite dark, plus one room is a bit damp. Overall, I appreciated the landlord and the location, despite a few drawbacks.
