The house has two toilets, but one is outdoors and rarely used. The 'last pick' room gets noise from the lounge and toilet, and lacks privacy as it looks into the neighbor's yard, though it does receive amazing sunlight, which balances things out. The landlord is really nice and has been very attentive, upgrading our bathroom, removing rubbish, providing a big deep freeze, and fixing the dishwasher in just the first semester. While three out of five bedrooms get sunlight for a few hours each day, the lounge itself is quite cold and gets no sunlight at all.

The house gets a good amount of sunlight and is really quiet at night, which I appreciate. The landlord was good at dealing with our problems, though it sometimes took a few days to hear back. The warmth of the place is definitely the best aspect, but it is quite expensive.

I had a lovely experience living in this flat with a great landlord who is really onto it and not super strict. The water pressure in the shower is good, and the place is well furnished, making it nice to live in. However, the flat is quite small for the price, and it wasn't super clean when we moved in.

The house had two bathrooms, which was great, but it was really cold. Unfortunately, the landlord left the flat crazy messy for us to move into and then withheld our bond until it was spotless at the end.
