The house has no lounge and is freezing in winter, often colder than outside, but the top two rooms get excellent daytime sun and there's an awesome backyard. One of the landlords is extremely on to it and very protective of their property. The best thing about living here is the company, but the lack of a lounge and heating is definitely the worst part.

The house is cold in winter and lacks a lounge unless people are willing to share, but it has a good backyard and off-street parking in a great location. The landlord is protective of the house and strict, but gets things done when needed. While I appreciated the company, the lack of heating and the expense for a place with little to no lounge were significant downsides.
