The flat is wonderful—it's sunny, warm, and dry upstairs, with insulation and double-glazed windows in the bedrooms, dining room, and lounge. The downstairs room did get pretty damp in winter, but the landlord plans to install insulation and double glazing over the summer. While he has been pretty bad with getting the legal documents sorted and has progressively become harder to deal with, he does address problems promptly once notified. The backyard is fantastic for gardening, with plenty of garden beds and berry bushes.

The house is very warm and sunny, featuring two heat pumps, double glazing, and a modern kitchen with appliances. The landlord is great, responding quickly by text or call and is very understanding, always ready to fix any issues. The best part is definitely the warmth from the double glazing and heat pump, though the spiral staircase to the basement laundry can be a bit of a hassle.
