Rate this flatThe location of the flat is absolutely perfect, but it gets freezing cold in winter to the point where you can see your breath. While one year is enough for me here, the landlords are lovely and provide 10/10 service, responding immediately to any issues and fixing them within two days. The downside is the lack of off-street parking and the extreme cold.

However, one year is enough here, especially with no off-street parking and the extreme cold.
The house is very close to uni/polytech, which is great, but it does take a while to warm up, especially the upstairs bedrooms. The landlord is quite good and responds to queries within a day or two, and I can reach him easily by both landline and mobile. Overall, the best thing about this place is the location, though it could definitely be warmer.
